The annual Fowler's Chocolate sale has been extended!

Browse the catalog including new items and place your orders by March 12.

Each year prior to conducting our admissions lottery, we ask families to re-enroll their children or notify us if they are considering withdrawing. In an effort to simplify this practice, we no longer require parents/guardians to complete a re-enrollment packet.

PLEASE COMPLETE THIS INTENT TO RE-ENROLL agreement to convey your intentions for the 2025/26 school year. This information is important to our admissions team, to ascertain how many open seats we will fill in our up-coming lottery this April.

April 3 is a chance for Kindergarteners who missed Cap & Gown Picture Day to have a make up photo taken and for 8th graders who need to make up their photos for their diplomas.

Students can also participate in Spring Picture Day on April 3. These photos will not be used in the yearbook, but can be purchased using the following order codes for the proper campus:

Battle of the Bands returns to Days Park later this month!

The Hertel Literacy Night will be taking place later this month on March 27. Join for a special evening centered on the theme of "Learn Through Play."

Parents/guardians must be in attendance during the event with their child.

Make sure to read Ms. Brownell's Hertel Library Newsletter to keep up to date with all the goings-on at the Hertel library!

The EVCS Community Associations sponsor events and fundraisers to support school activities that enrich the experiences of our community and that align with the Mission of the Elmwood Village Charter Schools.
