A Message from the Principal

October is a season of change with cooler air, colorful leaves, and a renewed sense of energy in our school. At Antrim, the spirit of the season is mirrored in our classrooms and hallways, where students are developing their minds and their hearts. This month, our Hearts in Action theme reminds us that true learning is not only about academics, but also about serving others and leading with compassion.

Together, we are building a school community where small acts of kindness add up to something much greater. Whether it is lending a hand to a classmate, showing gratitude to a teacher, or giving back to our community, our students are learning that hearts in action make a powerful difference. October is the perfect time to celebrate those moments and encourage one another to keep leading with strength and kindness.

Have a great month!

Mrs. Weber

See What Our PTO Made Possible This Month!

As we swing back into another great year at Antrim, the PTO has hosted chalk the walk, our Scholastic book fair and the color run. September has brought our little gulls lots of smiles throughout these events. As they walked over the chalk drawn encouraging images and messages at the start of their first day of school, their smiles and giggles lightened the atmosphere. The book fair was setup in our new media center and had great success raising scholastic dollars for our kids. The PTO will be spreading those funds raised by restocking books in the media center as well as the PTO sponsered book vending machine. What kids don’t love earning a token to reward themselves with a book of their choice?

The color run was a blast of fun and lots of color! The kids all received their color run shirts and goggles and were loving getting doused with colors!

Behind the scenes, the PTO started selling Cook’s Tour 50/50’s on Friday, September 19 as well as at the Festival of the Sea on Arnold Ave with a great turnout. Sales are off to a strong start and the pace is now set for the 25th year of our Cook’s Tour. Please give a helping hand where you can to make this year the best PTO year yet!
