Tiger Talk

I would like to wish each of you a very Merry Christmas. It is my hope that you all enjoy time with your family this holiday season, making memories and relaxing.

We have been thrilled with our community recycling efforts this first semester! This semester the Cafeteria has recycled over 900 one gallon tin cans and we have collected over 340 milk jugs. We have also picked up trash along Rattlesnake Road from Smithton to the Cemetery. We will continue our efforts next semester! Two tips for your holiday season: 1 Do not buy shiny wrapping paper, a lot of times glossy paper is not recyclable and 2 Do not forget that bubble wrap can be dropped off in Wal-Mart's plastic bag recycling bins. Have a great holiday season and THANK YOU Smithton for Caring!
