Coach's Newsletter: May 19th - 23rd

Sebastian C - Sebastian works so hard at practice and his times show it. This first year stingray has improved his time in every single of his races this entire season so far. Congrats!

Sofia V- This was Sofia's first swim meet and she was practically FLYING across the water on her freestyle. She has come so far in such a short amount of time. Congrats!

1) THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DECLARING YOUR SWIMMER ON SWIMTOPIA. WE ONLY HAD 9 UNDECLARED SWIMMERS THAT WE HAD TO CONTACT! LETS GET IT DOWN TO 0 NEXT WEEK!!!🎉🎉🎉

Please send in your photos for the end of the year slideshow and party! We barely have any photos right now.

• Any swimmers who complete their fundraiser calendar receives a free pink or blue stingray squishmallow!
• The first age group with three swimmers to complete their calendar will get doubled free time at the end of the week!

Summer Thunder is a mid-season invitational meet coming up Sunday, May 31st and Monday, June 1st. This is an OPTIONAL region wide swim meet that has a time qualifying requirement per age group and stroke. Invitational meets are super fun and a good opportunity for swimmers to compete against others at the same speed, drop time, and race at an indoor pool. Here are the links for date, time, location, and qualifying times (make sure that you look at YARD times not meters).

If your swimmer has not qualified for Summer Thunder and that is a goal of theirs, then the last opportunity to qualify will be this Saturday against Birnamwood.

If your swimmer has qualified, please be on look out for another special Summer Thunder email with more information.
