High School - 5/15
May 15, 2026
Dear High School Families,
Tomorrow is Experience Maranatha and we are looking forward to showcasing the incredible talents of our Fine Arts students throughout the day. Next week, we will also gather for the Upper School Awards Ceremony as we celebrate the hard work, growth, and accomplishments of our students this year. It is always a joy to see our community come together during this busy and memorable season.
At the same time, finals are already next week, making this an especially important season academically. I encourage families to regularly check grades in Schoology and have conversations with students about finishing the year strong. On Monday, I will be sending communication home for any student who currently has a 65% or below in a class so that families are aware prior to finals week and can make a plan for support.
As we approach the finish line, we strongly encourage students to take advantage of the supports available to them, including WIN Time study halls, subject-specific support rooms, and after-school teacher office hours. These resources can make a meaningful difference as students prepare for finals and work to end the school year successfully.

Finals Week Schedule
Experience Maranatha - May 15
Experience Maranatha is tomorrow, May 15, and we are looking forward to a great day celebrating the Arts within our school community. This is always a special opportunity to showcase the many gifts and talents of our students, and we are excited to see their hard work on display throughout the day.
We strongly encourage all students to remain on campus and take part in supporting their peers. It is a meaningful way to build community and celebrate the creativity that makes our school so unique.
If any high school student needs to be released early, a parent or guardian must sign out their student by filling out the dedicated Experience Maranatha Release Form, indicating their approval. Please fill this form out at least a day in advance to help streamline the process.
Any high school student approved for early release (via the above-mentioned form) must report to the weight room to connect with the designated staff member before being allowed to leave class or campus. Students who do not verify their release will not be permitted to leave the campus.
