Digital Citizenship Week!
Tech Tip Tuesday (October 10, 2023)
Dig Cit Week is October 16-20, 2023!
The interwebs can be a WILD place. Teaching how to be a responsible human in digital spaces is just as crucial as not littering.
Need some reasons to celebrate with your students?
- Promoting Responsible Behavior: Digital Citizenship Week encourages responsible online behavior and ethical digital conduct, especially among young people.
- Online Safety and Cybersecurity: It raises awareness about online safety, cybersecurity, and the protection of personal information in the digital realm.
- Cyberbullying Prevention: The week addresses cyberbullying, harassment, and negativity online, promoting empathy and inclusivity in the digital space.
- Media Literacy and Privacy Awareness: Digital Citizenship Week emphasizes the importance of media literacy, critical thinking, and safeguarding personal privacy online.
I wouldn't just say you should celebrate safe online behavior without leaving you with some resources. That ain't me!

1️⃣ We all love a relevant, engaging lesson.
2️⃣ I love it even more when most of the work is done for me.
3️⃣ It's even better when it includes something as engaging as Nearpod as an option and is available in Spanish.
4️⃣ I like it the mostest (oh yes, the mostest, indeed) when it's free.

Since my schedule is odd the next two weeks, here you go!
Why shouldn't you tell secrets in a cornfield?
