B-PV Young Life Monthly Update

"We love because He first loved us."

1 John 4:19

Valentine's Day has come and gone, but with lots of Young Life and WyldLife fun packed into this short month, the reminders that love is what motivates our mission are all around us! Here are a few B-PV Young Life highlights:

IMPACT…

Once again, the Up Late with WyldLife Bus Tour was a night to remember for our middle school friends from across the QC! We maxed out two school buses and over 90 kids heard the Good News that God stops to pay attention their story and loves them deeply. Oh! And there was pizza, bowling, ice cream and ice skating, confetti balloons, gummy shark fishing and so much more weird and wonderful WyldLife fun! Check out the pictures below...

PRAYER…

As we move into 2026 we're looking forward to praying for kids and our community in a more intentional way. Thank you to our Prayer Team Lead, Ed Hedding (aka Pastor Ed!) for organizing weekly reflection emails that focus our shared but independent prayer cover B-PV Young Life in prayer! If you want to receive the emails that come out on Tuesdays OR submit an intention for prayer, please use this GOOGLE FORM.

FINANCES…

Spring is just around the corner and that means we're getting ready for two events that help our area's budget area in BIG, FUN ways! Thanks to Teske's generous partnership, our annual Flower Sale (open NOW through April 3rd!) allows friends of YL to purchase beautiful flowers and helps campers earn money for our trips to Castaway this summer. Golfing with friends for a good cause is always a good idea and we can't wait to do it again this year! Who can you invite to join us on April 24th!? Click the images below for more info on both these opportunities to support B-PV Young Life this spring!

STAFF, COMMITTEE & LEADERS…

Young Life and WyldLife are growing across the Quad Cities and we couldn't be more grateful for the connections God is making to facilitate that growth! To keep our momentum going we're looking to connect with folks who have experience with grant writing and commercial real estate - if that's you or you know someone who'd be interested in partnering with us to build up our community and the Kingdom, please let us know!

Peace and prayers,

Emily
