What Our Parents Say...
Chris and Kari Panchison, Preschool and 2nd Grade Parents
We are so impressed with the education and care that the teachers and staff provide at The Franklin Academy. This school feels like an extension of our family. We appreciate the small class sizes and personal attention that our kids receive. The core values of the school help foster a great foundation for our children in life and academics. We are so grateful for this program and all the wonderful people in our school community.
Spring has Sprung!
Outdoor Reading Space - Volunteers Needed!
With Spring FINALLY arriving, students at Robin Hall have been asking to sit outside
the library to read. We need a few volunteer gardeners! The courtyard area behind
the Robin Hall library is in need of some TLC to be transformed into an outdoor
reading space. We would also take donations of a bench or similar outdoor seating.
If this sounds like a project you would be interested in helping out with, please
contact Mrs. Snyder at jsnyder@thefranklin.academy .
Thank you!
Happy OUTDOOR Reading,
Mrs. Snyder
Mrs. Samuel's Joke of the Week!
How excited was the gardener for spring?
So excited he wet his plants.
hahaha
Mrs. Lyzwinski's 2nd Grade class had a visit from a Leprechaun!
She shared this:
"Lucky the Leprechaun visited our 2nd grade classroom this morning! What a trickster! He turned all of our chairs upside down, switched everyone’s name tags and made a mess - glitter everywhere! He did leave some goodies for the kids, so they forgave his pranks! Unfortunately our trap didn’t catch him this time, but we will try again next year!"
More St. Patrick's Day Fun!
"How To Catch A Leprechaun"
The trap was set but the Leprechaun escaped!
Mrs. Ho shared, "He left our room in a mess and even went potty without flushing. Clearly, this Leprechaun did not attend Preschool."
What a fun and exciting day in preschool!
Multicultural Hands & Hearts
The Kindergarteners and 1st Graders had a wonderful time making this project!
"The Multicultural Hands & Hearts art project to include our hand and a friends hand with a different culture that we created include: traced both our hands to look like a heart, multi-cultural crayons, watercolor paints in various colors, more crayons for patterns, lines, & rhythm."
~Miss Rachel #BeKindLetsShine
