STA Weekly Update

The income survey went home with your students this week. Please take 5 minutes to fill out the form and return it tomorrow 9/11/24 in order for your student(s) to receive a free-dress pass.

Sports permission slip MUST be turned in before students can play an official match.

Coaches must be Virtus certified and have their CYO license.

A Teams Practice

Girls Volleyball Teams A: Mondays & Wednesdays from 3:30- 4:45 pm on campus

Co-ed Flag-Football Teams A: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:15- 4:30 pm at Sunnyslopes Park.

B Teams Practice

Girls Volleyball Team B: First practice next Monday, 9/16/24 from 3:30- 4-30 pm on campus.

Flag Football Team B: We are still looking for a coach to start practicing.

Our Clubs are up and running!

Parents must sign the permission slip and turn it in to the teacher leading their student's desired club before attending the first session. Your child can join as many clubs as they want. Here are the options:

1. Digital Design: Monday, lead by Ms. S (1st Grade Classroom)

2. Board Games: Monday, lead by Mrs. Arriaga (3rd grade Classroom)

3. Spanish Club: Tuesdays, lead by Mrs. Villasenor (Kinder Classroom)

4. Arts and Crafts: Wednesday lead by Ms. Iniguez (3rd Grade Classroom)

6. Robotics: Thursday, lead by Mr. Borgerding (4th Grade Classroom)

• Fall photos will take place on September 23, 2024.
• Students must wear their formal mass uniform.
• Arrive early, we will begin promptly at 8:00 am.
• Picture make-up day is 11/4/24

All clergy, paid parish/school

personnel and volunteers who work

regularly in a supervisory role with

children or youth must be

fingerprinted. We are expecting all

religious education and school staff

and volunteers who work with and

around children to participate in this

offering. Registration is required and

limited. Please contact the parish office

• We are three weeks way from Sunday-Funday so please start selling your raffle tickets.
• Any volunteering hours you do for the parish will count towards your 30 mandatory hours for the school.
• Family Mass is at 11:30 am.
• School performances will begin at 1:00pm.

Bishop Brian Nunez is inviting all students to participate in his Christmas Card Design Contest!

Students are encouraged to design a Christmas Card and submit their design for an opportunity to be selected as as his official 2024 Christmas Card.
