Dear Evergreen Families and Community,

The 2025–2026 school year is off to an amazing start! Our first day of school was filled with excitement and joy as students returned ready to learn and grow. Since then, we’ve enjoyed a successful Back to School Night and our first Schoolwide Spirit Assembly, celebrating our students and school pride together. Our P.B.I.S. program is also in full swing, with S.O.A.R. tickets being handed out daily as students shine in showing positive behavior. To top it all off, we’re thrilled to share that new murals have been added to our campus, bringing our school’s vision to life in vibrant ways.

Our Education Support Drive, the biggest fundraiser of the year, is also taking place right now. We deeply appreciate the way our Evergreen community comes together to ensure our students and school have everything they need for a wonderful, successful, and memorable year.

Welcome Back to a New School Year!

Dear Evergreen Families,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! The Evergreen Community Club (ECC) is excited to begin another year of learning, growth, and community. We have so many exciting things planned for our students, staff, and families, and we can’t wait to share them with you.

Education Support Drive Fundraiser

We are thrilled to announce that our Education Support Drive is officially underway! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and your support is absolutely vital. Funds raised go directly toward enhancing the school experience for our students—supporting teachers, enriching classrooms, and funding events that make Evergreen so special.

Our goal this year is $40,000—but we know that with the strength and generosity of our Evergreen community, we can surpass this goal together!

Our Leader in Me implementation is in full stride. The Student Lighthouse Team has been shining bright! 🌟 They’ve been busy filming a special thank-you video for one of our amazing sponsors, Dedicated 2 Learning, and have also been hard at work writing scripts and creating posters to support their Action Teams. We’re excited to share that Action Team details will be announced next week! Applications will open on September 12th and will be due by September 19th—we can’t wait to see our students get involved!

The Evergreen Community Club’s 2025–2026 Education Support Drive is happening September 1–12, and this is our biggest fundraiser of the year! Our goal is to raise $40,000—every dollar goes directly back to Evergreen to support students with Chromebooks, classroom technology, library books, field trips, playground equipment, teacher stipends, and so much more.

We ask families to consider a minimum contribution of $150 per student, but every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference. To recognize our generous supporters, we offer special thank-you gifts at the Bronze ($150+), Silver ($550+), and Gold ($1,000+) levels—including spirit wear, engraved plaques, yearbooks, raffle entries, and more.

When our community comes together, everyone benefits. If we reach our goal, every student will celebrate with a popsicle party, and top classes will earn special rewards like a Chick-fil-A lunch or pizza party.

Let’s join forces to make this year extraordinary for our students—your donation will have a direct and lasting impact on their education and school experience!

Last Friday, our entire school SOARed into leadership during our very first school-wide Spirit Assembly of the year! 🙌 Each grade level rocked their assigned color, and together we created a giant rainbow of school pride! 💛💙💚💜❤️

Our amazing Student Lighthouse Team showed leadership by going class to class, calculating participation percentages 📊🦅.

And the winners are… 🥁

Way to go, leaders! This is just the beginning of a year where we will all S.O.A.R. Into Leadership together! ✨

We kicked off the 2025–2026 school year in true Evergreen style! 🌿💚 Students were welcomed with upbeat music, cheering staff with pom-poms, and the warmest smiles all around. Our amazing student leaders set the tone for a year of learning, leadership, and fun.

Here’s to a year filled with SOARing into leadership, new friendships, and endless possibilities! 🦅📚💫

Mrs. Brown will be taking maternity leave from the end of September through early March. During this time, Mrs. Sarah Lee will serve as the interim Elementary Learning Specialist (ELS). Mrs. Lee brings wonderful experience and dedication to supporting our English learners, and am confident she will provide excellent continuity of services for your children. You will have the opportunity to meet Mrs. Lee at our first ELAC meeting, and please feel free to reach out to her with any questions or concerns during my absence.
