A Message from Ms. Peterson

Hello MCP3 Families,

Thank you so much for taking the time to attend your scholar's parent-teacher conference. Your partnership means the world to us! When families and schools work together, little learners feel supported, confident, and ready to grow. We are so grateful to be on this educational journey with you. We hope you got to see and hear all about your child's progress since Quarter 1 and where they will be heading in Quarter 3!

MCP3 celebrated scholars' success and achievements last week Thursday at our Q2 Awards Ceremony! We celebrated scholars' with high attendance, scholars who have demonstrated safety commitments, and scholars who demonstrated the highest growth on the mid-year benchmark assessment! Scholars' are listed below and certificates will be sent home in your child's folder.

Black History Family Craft Challenge

MCP3 is encouraging families to participate in our Black History Craft Challenge. This challenge is an opportunity for families to explore and get to know a black historical figure by spending special time together creating a Black History Craft. Check out the details on the flyer below! All families received their craft materials at conferences. Email your picture to allison.peterson@mkeprep.com of you and your scholars creating the craft to be entered into the raffle to win a prize!

Black History Classroom Bulletin Board Competition

Each classroom spent time learning about and celebrating black history while showcasing their creativity and made a classroom bulletin board! Bulletin boards had to include scholar hand-created work and not include anything that identifies their specific classroom. We are asking that all families and other non-mcp3 staff vote for their favorite bulletin board between 2/17-2/24. Winners will receive an ice cream and movie party!

Enrollment for K4- Complete applications online via your Skyward Family Access. Log into Skyward and then select New Student Online Enrollment on the left. If you need support accessing your Skyward, please reach out to Ms. Perine at our front desk or by calling 414-264-6007.
