Students Rewarded for Academic Performance and Exemplary Attendance

Over 60% of Barnhardt Academy's on-campus students met the PBIS academic, behavior, and attendance goals for the entire month of September and earned the PBIS Cookout and Movie reward on the Friday before Fall Break. Way to go, Cavaliers! The faculty and staff of BAC want to recognize our partner, Untethered Church, for going above and beyond to celebrate these students' success. Pastor Mike Leroux and other members not only provided all of the food for the cookout, but they also showed off their grilling skills and provided a wonderful meal for the students.

Everyone Is Responsible For School Safety

Students who see or hear something suspicious have many options when it comes to reporting what they see. Make sure they know they can report to an administrator, a teacher, a school counselor, or an adult they trust. They can also text hello to 741-741. Leaders cannot act on information they don't have so please encourage your student report what they see and hear if it is suspicious or dangerous.

We're better together!

See Something, Say Something

Parents, please help your students understand the importance of being aware of their surroundings.

Please encourage your child to say something if they see or hear something that sounds unsafe or potentially dangerous.

A courageous student willing to report something suspicious can make all the difference. This is something they should practice inside and outside of school to ensure their safety.
