Wasmer Weekly Update

Our students have hit another milestone in their Wasmer Ticket goal. As of this week, our students have earned 28,181 tickets. Our November reward is a sports day/jersey day paired with an extra recess to play sports!! Please ask your student how they have been safe, respectful or responsible this week!

As our kids come to school in layers, I would like to encourage everyone to label jackets, gloves, hats, and coats. Our lost and found is overflowing. If you've noticed that your student's coat hasn't made its way home from school, please ask your student to clean out their locker and/or check the lost and found. Parents, you are welcome to come in during arrival or dismissal to help your students look for missing items.

We are in the thick of cold and flu season! Please see attachments from the Central District Health Department for tips.

Coach Ray (Girls Basketball Coach) will be offering free Sunday basketball clinic for girls in grades kindergarten thru 5th grade from 6:00 - 7:00 pm at GISH in the middle gym for the entire month of November.

Dates of the clinic: November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30th

Location: GISH Middle Gym (enter through door #39 on the east side of the school)
