HIRING UPDATES AND CONGRATULATIONS!
You may have heard that our Becca DeFay secured a classroom teaching position! Yay! While her exact placement is unknown, she will join our Elementary Teaching Team! Congratulations, Becca!
Melanie Wolf was announced as our new Classroom Culture and Climate Coach.
Tiffani Karlsen has been hired as our new support secretary in the office. She will begin Monday and is so excited to be here. Please be sure to stop in and welcome her to the building. She will work from 8:00 am to 1:30 M - Th and Friday from 12:00 - 4:30. Please remember that clarity is kindness, so please be extra explicit with requests and names as it will all be new for Tiffani!
Lastly, Joe, Jess, Kristen, Colette, Melanie Wolf, and I interviewed paraprofessional candidates this week to serve alongside Melanie's Coaching position. We will announce that person when we have made final decisions.
💙 Shout Outs and Gratitude! 💛
Katie H. and Heather--Thank you for loving kindergarten! You are patient, kind, and caring to our young learners.
Lincoln Staff--for remembering to be the thermostat. These are stressful times but remaining calm and breathing deep is important. We will get it done!
BEAR Team--for getting it done!
Sarah and Jo-Anne for purging and remaining calm during chaotic times.
Everyone--thank you for your dedication to our students during NWEA. Thanks for remembering that this is about learning about our students and not a certain score.
