Get Active

Book Recommendation: Atomic Habits

Atomic habits are small, consistent changes that lead to big results. This book emphasizes focusing on the person you want to be and having the patience to build strong systems to support your goals using the Four Laws of Behavior Change:

Make it obvious:

Design your environment to make cues for good habits visible, and cues for bad habits invisible.

Make it attractive:

Associate good habits with positive feelings to increase your desire to perform them.

Make it easy:

Reduce friction by breaking down habits into smaller steps and designing a supportive environment.

Make it satisfying:

Give yourself an immediate reward to reinforce the habit and stay consistent.
