Child Safety Matters Presentation Child Safety Matters Presentation

The Child Safety Matters program empowers children to spot and respond to bullying, cyberbullying, child abuse, and digital dangers. Most importantly, it teaches that adults are responsible for their safety, but there are things they can do to help adults keep them safe. The program is based on the latest research and has been reviewed and endorsed by national experts.

This program is being presented by the Monique Burr Foundation for Children. The goal of the program is to keep your child safe. An OPT-OUT form went home in folders. This will only be returned if you DO NOT want your child to participate in the 30-minute program on October 22 or 23.

Safety Concerns Safety Concerns

Our car line is moving much quicker now that we all have the hang of it! Please do not drop students off in other parking lots to walk over to SIS. We do not have the staff to man every crosswalk near our school, so for the safety of all kids, please come through our car drop off-line. Also, just a reminder, the front drive is for bus traffic not car traffic. Thanks for your help in this safety matter.
