Sixth grade students attended Camp Explore on Monday. They went canoeing, observed wildlife, learned how to launch a student built rocket, and explored other fun scientific activities. Camp Explore offers summer camps for students. Click the link to view and get more information!
⭐🎸On Monday, we will kick off our TCAP testing with a Rock the Test Pep Rally! Make sure to dress like a ROCK STAR!
We will have TCAP testing Tuesday through Thursday for the next two weeks, with make-ups on Fridays.
Reminders:
Make sure to go to bed early, with no technology, so you can get a good night's rest. The brain is part of the body. If you are tired, your brain is tired.
Eat a healthy breakfast to ensure you can do your absolute best during testing.
Be in the school building at 7:50 a.m., when the first bell rings.
Read all instructions carefully.
Keep yourself focused and on task.

Ms. Bogan's class has been reviewing standards in preparation for TCAPs. The students completed a STEM Challenge using Engineering Practices. Students were challenged to build a functional bridge that could hold the most pennies with just two pieces of paper!
