Deadline Extension from the Federal Program Compliance Division: 2019-2020 Needs Assessment, Priorities and Program Outcomes (SC3001)
Due to technical issues with Part 2 of the schedule, the reporting deadline is being extended to January 10, 2020.
All LEAs that applied for ESSA, Perkins, School Improvement or Rural and Low-Income Schools funding in the 2019-2020 grant year are required to complete the SC3001 Schedule. The schedule is designed to collect data on student outcome-focused SMART Goals, federal funds projected to be spent on the four TEA Strategic Priorities, and implementation of TEA-recommended uses of federal funds guidance.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your Special Revenue Team.

Featured Team Member: Laura Griffin
Program Coordinator
Laura Griffin joined Region 10 in 2014. She manages a PNP Cooperative for Title I, Title II, Title III, and Title IV that includes over 30 school districts and provides ESSA equitable services to 110 private non-profit schools. Before coming to Region 10, Laura spent 23 years working in Title I schools in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal. She earned a B.S. from Texas Tech University in Elementary Education, and an M.Ed. from the University of North Texas in Educational Administration. When not working, Laura enjoys travel, reading non-fiction, and spending time with her husband, Wess. The things she likes best about working at Region 10 are meeting people from so many different schools, learning as much as possible about the obscure topic of PNP, and no longer having to do bus duty.
