As a reminder, in this newsletter, there is a section for both of our full-time programs, Broncho LINK and Broncho EXCEL. Please pay close attention to the program information that pertains to your student. If you have any questions, please ask! Our office hours are 8-3pm, but we are closed 11-12pm for a lunch break.

We hope you all have a fabulous long weekend! We will see you back in action on Tuesday, September 8th, when HAS resumes after the long Labor Day weekend.

Attendance Requirements:

• Monday: Individual Mentor Meetings via Google Meet
• Wednesday: Virtual Lab Session with your Mentor and Peers via Google Meet
• Friday: Individual Mentor Meetings via Google Meet

If HAS is not in session on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, no attendance will be taken.

If HAS has a half day on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, students must complete their two-way communication prompt in their Seminar course. These prompts should be completed by 11:00 am on the day they are posted.

If a mentor teacher is absent on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, students will receive an email to their school email letting them know they will need to complete the posted two-communication prompt for their attendance requirement for the day. These prompts should be completed by 2:00pm on the day they are posted.

Schedule for the Day:

• Arrival: 8:45am
• ELA Test: 9-11am
• Lunch: 11-12 pm (A sack lunch, with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, will be provided, but students may bring their lunch, too. No doordash for outside food delivery will be permitted.)
• Math Test: 12-2pm
• Pick-up: 2pm

What to bring?

• Chromebook (Fully charged)
• Chromebook charger
• Headphones/earbuds
• Water bottle

Reminder: No transportation is provided for Broncho Virtual in-person requirements, such as district and state testing, Count Day, etc.

• No transportation is provided for weekly in-person labs, so be sure you have a ride!
