Please join us in welcoming Jon Eggleton and Robin Lee-Derany to F.AVE's School leadership Team. We are excited to have them both on the team and look forward to working with them both.

The CSD Black Alliance welcomes new parents to F.AVE! If you are a parent to a student who identifies as black, please contact us at CSDBPA@gmail.com to join. Important September 15 Deadine!

Annual Data Update:

We have moved the typical beginning of the school year household data update, medical forms, opt-out forms, and handbook sign-offs to the parent portal. On Tuesday, September 1, parents received an email with a link to access the update in the parent portal.

It is important for parents or guardians to complete these forms and sign-offs by September 15. Please note, only parents and guardians in the primary household will have access to fill out the information for the annual data update. Please review the 2020-2021 K-12 District Handbook and Code of Conduct and Restorative Practices Handbook prior to completing the update.

Directions for accessing the data update can be found in the graphic below.

For more detailed information, please watch this video.

Become a “Friend of F.AVE” Today

The school year may look and feel different than what we’re all used to, but one thing that hasn’t changed is that the PTO is hard at work supporting every student and teacher at F.AVE. So far this year, we’ve provided a welcome lunch for staff, small stipend to staff to set up home offices/start the virtual year and Tshirts for all new Fave students. We're planning to host some virtual events soon, too!

As a nonprofit PTO, we rely on both fundraising events and donations. With in-person fundraisers at a standstill right now, donations are more critical than ever in helping the PTO support educational programs at F.AVE.

Become a “Friend of F.AVE” by making a tax-deductible donation to the PTO today at favepto.org/donate. Thank you for your support!

Please note: if this is your first time visiting the F.AVE PTO website to donate, you may be asked to register. This is simply due to the fact that our website also serves as our student directory. And, we strive to ensure student directory is accessible to current F.AVE families only.

Passive Fundraising Reminder

In just a few clicks, you can set up your Amazon, Kroger, and Box Tops digital accounts to automatically give back to F.Ave! It won’t cost a penny extra and is a super easy way to support our school with your everyday purchases.

  1. Box Tops - Box Tops have gone digital!! Download the App, Box Tops for Education. Enter your information, select “Fifth Avenue Upper Elementary”, scan receipts and done. We will no longer be collecting paper box tops. If you have any issues using the app, you can submit (via the app) the item not being recognized on your receipt for credit.
  2. AmazonSmile - We're now on Amazon Smile! Log into https://smile.amazon.com/ and log into your Amazon account, then select The Academy at Fifth Avenue, then save and the PTO will start getting quarterly deposits! One important tip - you MUST be logged in via smile.amazon.com while shopping for us to receive any funds.
  3. Kroger - We are set up to receive funds from Kroger. From your account screens, select Community Rewards and search for “F.AVE Upper Elementary School PTO." Select it and then you should be all set. Every time you use your Kroger card, the PTO will benefit!
