The Maple PTA Produce Market is a collaboration between the Maple PTA, the Greater
Cleveland Food Bank, and the North Olmsted City School District. We provide
fresh, free produce to the community. It is a drive-through service, so you do not have to leave your vehicle. You do not need to have a child in the district to receive produce. Preregistration is not required.
The Market runs from 4:30-6:30 and cars are not permitted to line up until we are completely done with dismissal at 3:30.
The first day of school for students in 1st-3rd grade is Thursday, August 21st.
Our school day begins at 8:10 a.m. and ends at 2:50 p.m. Our doors open at 7:55. Students are expected to be in their seats and ready to learn at 8:10.
Once again this school year, breakfast will be free for all students. Students are able to grab their breakfast as they enter the building and will eat in their classroom.
Arrival and Dismissal Procedures
Please look at the attached maps for both arrival and dismissal. We will continue with the same plan as last year with one exception; Our front walkers will be dismissed from the doors at the end of the 3rd grade hallway as noted on the map. This change will reduce congestion in front of the school and allow our bus riders to get to their busses safely. Please do not congregate around the entrance of the school.
We have a process as to when each group of students are released to ensure that all students get to their destinations safely. We especially ask for your patience during the first week of school as arrival and dismissal tends to take significantly longer than normal as everyone learns the procedures.
