October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, a great reminder that staying safe online often starts with simple habits. Throughout the month, our Tech Tips will highlight different ways we can all make smarter, safer choices when using technology and strengthen our cybersecurity practices.
This week, we’re focusing on phishing and social engineering, where scammers may use urgency, trust, or secrecy to pressure us into acting quickly. Check out this week’s Tech Tip for a few warning signs to recognize. Remember, when something feels off, slow down and verify before taking action.
