Dear BMES Community,

We hope this message finds you well as the autumn air brings a refreshing chill!

Upcoming School Events and Reminders đź“…

We’re looking forward to a fun and festive Halloween Spirit Week. We love seeing our Bobcats celebrate and show their school spirit!

As we look ahead, please mark your calendars for two upcoming dates with no school for students:

  • Tuesday, November 4th: Election Day

  • Tuesday, November 11th: Veterans Day

With the weather cooling down, please remember that students should be wearing long sleeves and long pants for recess and outdoor activities. We want to make sure everyone stays warm and comfortable while enjoying their time outside!

A Note on Confidentiality for Our Visitors and Volunteers

We are always so grateful to have visitors and volunteers at school, whether it's for a class celebration, chaperoning a field trip, or volunteering in the library. Your support is invaluable to our community. When you join us at school, it is important to remember and maintain confidentiality for all students. This means:

  • Please do not share any observations or information regarding other children.

  • Please do not take or share photos of any other children on social media without the express consent of their parents.

You can find more detailed information on confidentiality by viewing the RPS Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement. Thank you for helping us ensure a safe and private environment for every child.

We hope everyone enjoys a safe and fun Halloween with their families!

Warm regards,

Becky & Caitlin
