Day 2 & Transportation Update Day 2 & Transportation Update

Hello, Shiloh Park Roadrunner Families,

As you may know, our district experienced a recent communication messaging issue preventing some families from receiving prior school and/or district messaging, which included prior messages from me. Yesterday you should have received a communication notice from the district office with further details.

We understand how important timely and consistent communication is, especially as we begin a new school year. We care deeply about staying connected with you and would like the opportunity to provide answers to any questions that you many have. Please direct all questions to our school office at 847-746-8136. In addition, on our school website, visit our Communication Corner for all school communications. Here you will fine school specific announcements along with all previous school communications for this school year. Please bookmark this page (www.zion6.org/spcommunicationcorner).

Day 2 is officially in the books!

While the first day came with some challenges, we pushed through together, made some adjustments and worked hard to make it a successful start for our students. We appreciate your patience, flexibility, and partnership as we begin this new school year together.

Student T-Shirts

Student T-shirts are still being distributed to ensure that all students receive a Shiloh Park shirt. If your student did not receive a shirt at Open House, we will continue distributing shirts over the next couple of days.

We appreciate your patience as we work to make sure every student receives their shirt.

Spirit Day-Shiloh Shirt Day will be Friday, August 28!

We encourage all students to wear their Shiloh Park shirt as we come together to celebrate our school community and show our Roadrunner pride!

🚌 Transportation Reminder

For the next several days, please allow approximately 10 additional minutes for student drop-off and dismissal. This additional time will allow us to make necessary adjustments, ensure students are on the correct buses, and help our drivers become more familiar with their routes.

Our priority is making sure every student arrives home safely and on the correct bus.

We appreciate your patience as we work through these adjustments. We are already making changes based on yesterday's experience and will continue to monitor transportation closely.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued partnership.

Together, We RISE!
