Providence Hall High School
A NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Own Your Energy
Every choice you make shapes how you feel, think, and show up. It’s easy to ignore healthy habits when life gets busy, but your energy, focus, and confidence all come from how you treat your body and mind.
Start small. Swap soda for water once a day. Go to bed a little earlier instead of scrolling late into the night. Eat something real before class or practice. Take ten minutes to stretch, breathe, or walk when you’re stressed. These simple habits build momentum and make a bigger difference than you might think.
Motivational speaker Jim Rohn once said, “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” He was right. Your body and mind are your home for life, and how you take care of them today shapes how strong, focused, and happy you’ll feel tomorrow.
Small choices made consistently create powerful results. Start now, and you’ll thank yourself later.
