7th Grade Weekly News, April 28
From the desk of Chris Howell, Assistant Principal
We had a fantastic week in the seventh grade. Our Mustangs of the Month were honored for overall GPA, the girls softball team endured the cold to win a 21-0 no hitter, and many of our Mustang Mentors welcomed our future students at the 5th Grade Sneak Peak. I couldn't be more proud of the all the students.
Hopefully, this warm weather is here to stay.
Progress Challenge #2:
On behalf of the PBIS committee, we are excited to introduce our next Progress Challenge! Starting this Monday, April 15th and going through Monday, May 20th, we will be tracking attendance data for every team. Each week, we will announce grade level winners and award the trophy based upon the highest percentage of students present in school from the previous week. The overall team winners from each grade level will also be awarded a prize to celebrate their achievement once the Progress Challenge is completed.
What We Need From You:
Please have your student(s) prepared and ready to attend school daily unless they are not medically able to do so. We want to end the year strong and attendance is an essential part of education.
I hope everyone has a nice weekend.
