To celebrate National Education Week, West Rockhill Elementary School is extending an invitation to parents and guardians on Monday November 16th, 2026. Each grade-level has a designated time throughout the day for parents and guardians to join their child. It was paramount for us to ensure parents and guardians with multiple children could attend all activities, so there is no overlap of time.

Parents and guardians planning to attend, must fill out the form link. Please complete the form in it's entirety. If you are attending for multiple children, you will be able to provide that information. This helps maintain accurate record keeping.

A driver's license is required for entry, all parents and guardians will be scanned through the Raptor ID system. If you have had your ID scanned in the past, we have your badge on file. If you have never been scanned, please visit our main office between 8:30 AM and 4:15 PM prior to November 16th.

If you do not complete the online form or scan your ID ahead of time, it will delay your entry and you may miss a portion of the visit. Please complete the form by Wednesday, November 11th, 2026 in order to attend.

If you have current clearances on file with the district and are interested in volunteering in our cafeteria, please sign up using the link below. You do not need to commit to the full time, we're happy to have you for any portion you are available!

Meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of each month in the cafeteria at 6:30 PM

At WRE it is important to us to value kindness, promote inclusion, and celebrate differences. Join us as we raise awareness for these important causes that impact or have impacted some of our students lives. This calendar lists the dates for the full school year, but teachers will often send reminders through seesaw too as the dates approach.
