CPR
Coach Slover's Leadworthy classes and Mrs. Ware's Principles of Human Services classes were all trained in CPR and AED this week! This is a Texas requirement for all students to receive once between grades 7 - 12!
Awards Ceremony
- Thank you to all the staff, students, and family who attended the first ever combined Academic & Athletic awards ceremony! We have received a lot of positive feedback, so we look forward to celebrating the same way next year!
This Week:
Monday 5/19
- Normal Day
- Students will receive either an exemption letter OR their semester test schedule.
- 5th grade will tour CJHS @1:45. Thank you to STUCO for managing the tour!
Tuesday 5/20
- LAST DAY for students who don't have semester tests!!!
- 3:00 the students will gather in the auditorium to watch the 8th grade slideshow. After that, 8th graders will go outside to prepare for their final walk down the main hall of CJHS. 6th & 7th students as well as staff and family will line the hall to cheer them on!
- 8th grade Parents - plan to arrive no later than 3:00...I would almost say 2:45 just to find your seat before!!
- Students may leave as soon as the Final Walk through is done!

8:00 - 8:55 1st Period
9:00 - 9:55 2nd Period
10:00 - 10:55 3rd Period
11:00 - 11:55. 5th Period
12:00 Grab & Go Lunch
- Busses Run @3:30: Please arrange to pick your child up after their final exam or lunch if possible!
