Greetings Heartland Families!

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend.

Just a few reminders for next week---

1. Our Veterans Day program will be taking place this Tuesday at 12:30PM The last day to submit RSVP forms and scan your ID for the program will be Monday/tomorrow. This is so we can print visitor badges in advance.

All visitors will need to show ID upon entrance.
2. Family Feast for Tuesday/Thursday preschool, 2nd and 4th grade will be held Thursday, November 20th. RSVP forms for our feast are due this Friday, November 14th.
Please make sure you have had your ID scanned prior to both of these events to save you time when you arrive.
3. Forms for early dismissal were sent home last week, please make sure to return those to your child's teacher as soon as possible.

You will find important information about a safe and easy way your family can help our school get the essential tools our students and teachers need to succeed. It will also let you know how your child can win fun prizes just for helping!

With the time change we realize that it takes a few days to get used to a new routine. Just a friendly reminder that students must be in their classrooms by 7:30AM If your child is dropped off in the morning and they like to get breakfast, please remind them to get breakfast and go straight to class before the 2nd bell. Anything after the second bell/7:30AM will be counted tardy. This policy is listed in our student handbook which can be found at the link at the end of this newsletter.
