Caring and Inclusive School Communities: A Reminder About Confidential Reporting
If a member of our CVUSD community (students, family members, staff, etc.) has directly experienced or witnessed bullying, racism, discrimination, intimidation and/or harassment - the District seeks to ensure that all feel safe in reporting the incident. Incidents may be confidentially reported, by:
- Contacting and informing the school site principal, or a trusted adult on the school campus.
- Utilizing WeTip, available 24/7, and provides members of our community with three different ways to easily and confidentially submit reports:
- Through this Online Form
- Via text message to 844.805.3649
- By phone call to 844.805.3649
- Additional information related to complaint procedures is available here.
Importantly, all school staff participate in annual training regarding our obligations to prevent bullying, harassment, discrimination and intimidation - along with our obligation to respond to reports of such incidents. Therefore, school site principals and staff are trained to prevent and respond.
We are here for you and our community of learners and we are committed to making sure all feel safe on our campuses.
