Visitors Information
Campus Visitors in 2022-2023
Visitors without an ID will not be granted access to the building or able to checkout their student for early dismissal.
This year all campus visitors will be required to sign up using a reservation system before visiting in order to maintain the highest levels of safety for our students.
- Lunch Visitors - 5 visitor spots per grade level per day. We ask that parents visit 1-2 times per month to allow all interested visitors the opportunity to eat lunch with their student.
- GMR (Now every other Friday) - 50 visitor spots. We ask that parents visit once per month to allow enough space for all visitors who are interested. Sign up link coming soon.
- Sip N Snips (Mondays from 8:15-10:00 AM) - Sign up to sip coffee and cut out or prepare materials for teachers. Sign up link coming soon.
- Mystery Readers (K-2 on Tuesdays and 3-5 on Wednesdays). Grade levels will share their time slot and welcome you into the classroom to read with the class. Sign up link coming soon.

Snack Donations
Your child is welcome to bring a snack to school each day! As a grade level we want to ensure that each child always has something to eat when they are hungry! Snack donations to your child's classroom are greatly appreciated. Please make sure that if your child is in the peanut free class that the snack you send does not have peanuts! Snacks do not just have to be in individual bags, anything is appreciated!

CONTRIBUTE TO THE ROGERS PTA
Joining the Rogers PTA is the best way you can financially support some extra special events and programs offered to the students throughout the year, including class parties, field day, house shirts, ninja run, diverse abilities day and staff appreciation just to name a few! Paying PTA membership dues helps support these things but does not mean you are required to volunteer. There are many opportunities to volunteer throughout the year if you are available, and as a member of the PTA you will be the first to hear about them. We hope you will join us as we support our students and teachers with an extraordinary 2022-23 school year!
SIP N SIPS VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
Rogers friends, we are looking for a few good volunteers to help our amazing teachers with projects. Sip n Snips is our opportunity to serve our school in a meaningful way! Bring your coffee and conversation! Teachers will have projects for us to help with each Monday from 8:00 – 10:00 am.
