Dear GLOBE families,

Every student - new and returning - must complete the 2026-27 Annual Student Verification Form by August 14, 2026.

Please review the instructions below to complete your form through the Enrollease website:

Click here to log in. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link and follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Select the form

Choose “GLOBE’s 2026-27 Annual Student Verification Form”.

Complete all required information and upload any necessary documentation. Click Save when finished. You may revisit the form anytime to make updates - just remember to save your changes each time.

3. Submit for Review

Once your form is completed and all required documents are uploaded, click Save. You’ll see a message indicating the form is ‘Under Staff Review’.

All families must upload a current proof of residency document. Click here for a list of acceptable documents.

Rising 7th grade students must submit an updated Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231).

Confirm that you’ve reviewed GLOBE's Student and Family Handbook and the PTCC Family Directory.

Indicate your preference regarding student media consent.

· The Admissions Team will review your submission.

· You will only be contacted if additional information is needed.

· Once your documentation has been processed, you’ll receive a notification via Enrollease.

Please note: the review process can take up to 30 days from the start of the school year due to the high volume of submissions.

If your child will NOT be returning to GLOBE for the 2026-27 school year, please complete the Student Withdrawal Notification Form.
