Technology Use and Agreement Technology Use and Agreement

This year we will not be issuing devices to students until we have signed technology use agreements and the $25 insurance fee has been paid. The insurance fees help cover the cost of device maintenance, repair and/or replacement. Technology User Agreements are included in Skyward registration. If you have completed that for this year, you will have already signed that form. See the QR code to pay the technology user insurance fee below. Use the QR code to access "My School Bucks" to pay the fee or go to this LINK.

All volunteers must register online through the SBISD website every year and pass a criminal background check. All permissions from last year have now expired. Please allow 8-10 business days for the criminal background check process to occur. Volunteers who provide a valid email address on their application will receive an automatic notification if approved to begin your service.

All volunteers must bring a valid, government issued photo ID when they visit or volunteer on campus to have it scanned into the Raptor system. Each time you are on campus thereafter, SBISD requires volunteers and visitors to check-in at the front office and wear a Raptor issued name badge. Thank you for recognizing that the safety of our schools, our students and our volunteers is of the utmost importance!

By applying to be an SBISD volunteer, you agree to abide by the SBISD Volunteer Ethics and Guidelines (Spanish) and SBISD's safety response protocols (Spanish).

Welcome back Bunker Hill Families! I am looking forward to a healthy and happy school year! Below is some helpful information from the Health Clinic!

If your student will be requiring medication at school, I will need forms filled out and turned into my office. Parents, please DO NOT send medication to school with your student. I will only accept medication dropped off by parents in its original packaging. Feel free to bring the completed forms and medication to meet the teacher to the health clinic! ·

  • For over-the-counter medication, this form needs to be filled out correctly and turned into the nurse’s office. This form will only require a parent/guardian signature.
  • For prescription medication, this form needs to be filled out correctly and turned into the nurse’s office. The form will REQUIRE A PHYSICIAN SIGNATURE.

Please send all students to school with an extra change of clothes in their backpack as we can encounter unexpected accidents, spills, mud etc. throughout the school day! As always, the clinic is accepting clothing donations!

I look forward to seeing you all and meeting our new families! Feel free to give me a call or email me with any questions you may have!
