Principal Weekly Message
Greetings Rincon Community,
We are thrilled to announce that our very own Ms. Terry has been selected as the EUSD District Teacher of the Year!
This prestigious recognition is a testament to her unwavering dedication, passion for teaching, and the positive impact she has made on her students and the school community. Ms. Terry continually inspires her learners to achieve more than they think possible.
Please join us in celebrating this remarkable achievement and in expressing our gratitude for Ms. Terry’s hard work and commitment to excellence in education. We are so proud to have her represent Rincon and our district!
Thank you for your continued support and engagement. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events!
Together, we can make this a fantastic year for our students! Together we are better in setting up our Bulldogs up to B.A.R.K (Believe, Achieve, Respect, and Kindness) for success!
With gratitude,
Principal Meglich
What's Happening!
PTSA Art & Craft Family Night
What an amazing day at our Arts & Crafts event, led by our empathetic, Peers Uniting Peers (PUPs) students! This PTSA-sponsored gathering brought our Rincon community together in a celebration of creativity, connection, and belonging. From colorful paintings to unique crafts, our PUPs team showcased their leadership and empathy, guiding participants of all ages in fun, hands-on activities. It was heartwarming to see our students take center stage, inspiring others and building a sense of community through art. Thank you to RINCON PTSA and Ms. Josephson who made this event a success! Together, we’re fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels valued. Here’s to more inspiring moments like these!
Rincon Stand-Out, Jazzlynn Macedo
We are thrilled to celebrate one of our very own Bulldogs, 7th grader Jazzlyn Macedo, who has been honored as Junior Miss Teen Escondido! This incredible achievement showcases her talent and dedication both on campus and beyond.
To learn more about Jazzlyn’s journey and this impressive milestone, check out the article published last year in the Escondido Times Advocate.
If you have stories of our outstanding Bulldogs making waves in the community, please share them with Principal Meglich at cmeglich@eusd.org. Let’s continue to highlight the achievements of our remarkable students at Rincon!
