Thank you for a great first week of testing, our Coyotes truly gave it their all! We are so proud of their effort and determination, and we are confident they will continue to give their best over the next two weeks of testing.
We also want to thank all the families who joined us for our first Kite Day of the year. It was wonderful to see our community come together, and we look forward to seeing everyone again on the 24th! 🪁💚💙
As a reminder, please make sure to complete your child’s online registration. This is extremely important, as it helps us ensure appropriate staffing and planning for our classrooms for the upcoming school year.

GT Information
Dear GT Parents,
OUR GT FAIR IS SCHEDULED FOR MAY 21st, PLEASE ASK your GT child if they have a project(s) they are working on. I will provide any supplies they might need to showcase their project(s) for our GT Fair.
GT testing has been completed. If you would like to refer your child for GT, you will now need to wait for the 2026-2027 school year. Thank you!
🎯 GT Project Requirements:
Grades 1st–5th: Two GT projects to be presented at our GT Fair in May 2026
Kindergarten: One GT project to be presented at the GT Fair

Reading At Home with BookFlix and ScienceFlix
Scholastic BookFlix is an online literacy resource that pairs classic animated stories from Weston Woods with thematically aligned nonfiction eBooks from Scholastic to build a love of reading and learning. This engaging digital resource for children in grades PreK–3 will help early readers develop and practice essential reading skills and introduces them to a world of knowledge and exploration. This interactive resource will help them get excited about reading and books and extends learning beyond school hours.
BookFlix includes: 159 classic animated stories, each paired with a related nonfiction eBook, Spanish language versions of 41 pairs of fiction and nonfiction, read-aloud supports so students can hear each book narrated, and hear definitions of key words and directions for each activity, and/ educational puzzlers so children can show what they have learned.
