Attendance Matters

Attendance Rate for week of February 16th - 94.72%
Please support your child's learning by encouraging them to attend school every day.
Parents, just a reminder that STAAR testing is coming up and it is imperative that all 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students attend school everyday.
Please provide written documentation when your child is absent. Submit absence documentation to our front office staff or email: guerrero_notes@episd.org
Cell Phone Policy: Key Reminders
Please remind your child that;
Student's may not use a cell phone, smartwatch, tablet, AI glasses, earbuds or any other digital communication device during school hours unless it is for instructional purposes.
Students may bring devices to school but must have them powered off and stored out of sight in backpacks, handbags or satchels.
Students found using an electronic device without teacher consent will have the device confiscated. Parent or guardian will have to retrieve the device from administration.
We open our doors at 7:30 a.m. for students. We have teachers and coaches welcoming students at the front office doors and at our side doors making the drop-off lane extremely convenient. Front office is available for assistance from 7:30-4:00 daily.
- Please be aware that there is no adult supervision before 7:30 a.m.
- When dropping off or picking up your child in the parking lot, please pull forward all the way to ensure traffic on Lakehurst is not blocked to thru traffic.
- Please slow down and be patient with the parking lot protocol. The safety of all our students is our number one priority.
