And just like that, there go the last four and a half days of school.

I hope that you all have a fabulous, exciting, and possibly restful summer!

This is the part that is hardest to write. 😥😢😭 It has been my absolute pleasure to be part of the TES family for the past 18 years. I truly cannot imagine having had a better job. Being your children's "crazy aunt" has been one of my greatest joys. I believe that caring for your children is what I was put on this earth to do! Each child has a little piece of my heart.

Temple will always be a very special place to me, and I will carry the memories of my time at TES with me always. As I begin this new chapter in Pennsylvania, I will be thinking fondly of all of you and the wonderful years we shared together.

Dear Temple Elementary School Community

As the final bells of the school year ring, I find myself standing at a bittersweet crossroads. After four wonderful years at TES, and a total of 31 deeply rewarding years as a teacher and principal within the ConVal School District, the time has come for me to step into retirement. Looking back, I can say with absolute certainty that this has been a journey and a career I would trade for none other.

When I reflect on our days together at Temple Elementary, my highest hope is that we have built something lasting. I truly hope that we have all learned how to learn, grow, and wonder at the world around us. Together, we discovered how to play with joy, how to develop the determination and perseverance needed when things get tough, and how to walk with respect and love for one another every single day.

Thank you for trusting me with your children, for partnering with me through the highs and lows, and for making these concluding years of my career so incredibly special. The warmth of this community is something I will carry with me always. This isn’t a final goodbye, but rather a "see you later." Keep learning, keep growing; I’ll see you all again somewhere down the road.

Thank you for everything; it has truly been the time of my life.
