• What: To assure we have indeed lifted all—we have decided to make the following changes to the program:

  • QV will be 39 in all markets.

  • RV to align with retail price of the mascara in all markets. For example, this means that the RV goes from $30 to $39 in the US.

  Because we are raising the RV, we are also raising the commissions on sales to both the PC and the Retail Client. For the US, commissions will be 15% of SRP and will change from $4.50 to $5.85. This means in the US a $15.85 total commission when sold to a Retail Client when you add the $10 Sharing Bonus.

Shipping varies per market =$6.95 in Canada. This is only if up to 4 Mascaras are bought.If other products are added it becomes a regular Retail or PC Order with the usual shipping charges.

This is a unique program, created to help bring more Clients to Arbonne and therefore, the commission structure is unique. We are basing both Client and Preferred Client commission on the $30 RV and basing both on a 15% commission. By structuring the commission this way, we are able to keep the SRP of $39 (US) and $49 (CA)at a reasonable price and in addition to a bonus, allow some commission to be paid.

It’s really important to us that we picked the right product to pilot this program. Here is the criteria :

• It has to be easily shareable on social
• It has to be a product that has a strong marketing story
• You can share a before and after with confidence
• People can see it and grasp it easily because people are visual
• It has to be price accessible
• We have to have Inventory

Prior to 3.16.2022, we earn $13.30 when we retail a mascara with a $38 RV/QV.

We are making 15% ( $7.35) on the sharing bonus product that is sold to a Retail Client. Not the usual 35%.

Then we get an extra $13.00 per mascara sold as the bonus.

If you participate in the Sharing Bonus Crossborder, the bonus amount will be converted against the current exchange rate for that month, and it could be a lesser value than the Bonus amount in your country.

This new Sharing Bonus program targets people to join your teams who might not yet be ready to build a team but are “OK” sharing and selling. These ICs are also known as AFFILIATES. These are the people we want to attract. They still have to pay the IC Sign up fee, but they don't have to team build if they don't want to.

Affiliates are people we might not attract unless we make it super simple for them to join your teams, know what product to share and have early success. This is the intent of this new program.

The Sharing Bonus program have the following key features:

1) It’s a targeted digital tool that makes it easy for an affiliate to join your team, with a top product to push through a link as easy as 1-2-3, and sell. Affiliates are digitally native, meaning they grew up using digital technology, and they look for digital tools to scale. This is why the link was created.

2) The link is attractive because different than straight retail, the link is loaded with a flat shipping rate of $2.95 US dollars (or your local market equivalent), for a single unit purchase, up to 4 mascaras per order.

Here are the numbers:

1) The mascara is sold at full retail at $39 (US) and the QV/RV tied to that sale is 30/$30. The consultant keeps $10 of the $39 retail price, plus they make commission of $4.50 = $14.50.

2) The shipping fee is subsidized and is equal to $2.95 vs. $9.95. This is huge for someone who buys straight retail, which as we know rarely happens in Arbonne digitally.

If we had not chosen the mascara for the launch of the Sharing Bonus program, the retail price would NOT have been raised to $39. The retail price would have remained $30.

One other key feature is the drip email campaign that kicks in after a Client makes a purchase. We are doing this on behalf of your Consultant, and this drip campaign will market the PC program, the skincare and nutrition products over a three-week period.

So to summarize, this digital tool is simple to use, it creates greater exposure and gets in front of more people with a simple understandable message, and with a product that Clients will be attracted to purchase!

This is the program now which lays the foundation for the future and will enable us to add the sharing bonus to the PC program in the future.
