It's hard to believe but today marks the end of our first week of summer school!! The halls have been filled with over 700 excited students looking to get to classes. The kids have done a great job of getting to their classes and are having a great time. I want to thank our high school and middle school student volunteers who have been assisting our younger students get to their classes.

One reminder we'd like to share with everyone is regarding attendance. If your student is going to be gone for the day, please call the attendance line to let us know they will not be attending that day. We run daily attendance reports and call every absence to verify with parents their student wasn't in the building so calling in and excusing your student will save the staff a lot of time. The number for the attendance line is 262-472-8109.

Breakfast: 7:45-8:00

Students will be able to pick up a grab-and-go breakfast when they arrive inside the front doors each morning.

Lunch: 11:50-12:30 (High School students will have lunch available starting at 11am)

* Students will be able to eat in the lunchroom or leave through Door #4 to be picked up by parents/guardians (closest to Aquatic Center) at the end of the summer school day.

* We will stagger dismissal from 4th period class; our younger scholars will be dismissed to pick up lunch at 11:45a.

We will have all hands on deck to help support our students in navigating the building and finding classrooms. Summer School teachers will be in the hallways for assistance. In addition, we have 7-8 HS student volunteers to help students find classrooms.

Student Schedule Copies: If your student would like a printout of their schedule, you may head directly to the main office to obtain a hard-copy

Entering the building: You may drop off students in the circle drive right in front of the school. If you need to park and come into the building, there are lots of spaces by the cafeteria entrance (Door 4). Grab-and-go breakfast will be available for students. The building will open at 7:45am. classes start at 8:00am

Pick-Up: At the end of the day (12:00pm) student will be exiting the building by the Cafeteria entrance (Door 4). If your child is not participating in a full day of summer school, you may pick them up in the circle drive in front of the school. Our youngest scholars will be released at 11:45 so that they may be the first to get lunch.
