Candidate reimbursement for candidates who completed in December 2024 will open soon

After a candidate completes the National Board process, the candidate will be reimbursed for the cost of their first component paid for out of pocket provided that the candidate did not receive any form of reimbursement for their first component from any source.

The candidate will receive a voucher with instructions to be completed and returned via mail. A check will then be issued from NYSED. This process may take up to 6-8 weeks for completion.
