On a final note, I will be off for the first six weeks of school. At the end of last year, I received a medical diagnosis that requires me to limit exposure to germs while I finish treatments. Mrs. Stevie Reed will be coming during my absence to support Jefferson. She was here from January to March as Interim Dean. Mrs. Hawks, Mrs. Reed, Miss Elizabeth and the Jefferson staff will be available for out students and families. I look forward to seeing everyone at the end of September. Bonus: treatments are going well and am hopeful for full remission.
One Proud Principal,
Dr. Tami Eshleman

Jefferson Elementary is committed to progress for every child. Every school year begins with a blank page, filled with endless possibilities. At Jefferson Elementary, our story is one of curiosity, kindness, perseverance, and growth—and every student, family, and staff member plays an important role in writing it.
This year, we invite everyone to ask, "What Is Our Story?" As we begin this new school year, we encourage our students to be the authors of a story they can be proud of—one filled with courage, compassion, hard work, and joy.
We can't wait to turn the page and begin this exciting new chapter with all of you. Here's to another incredible year at Jefferson Elementary, where every child has a story, and together, we create something extraordinary.
