Hello Amazing MREC Families!
We’re ready to kick off another magical week of learning, laughter, and growth! A few important updates as we continue to make our Pre-K experience even better:
- CLI Pre-K Assessment: We are continuing with the CLI (Children’s Learning Institute) Pre-K assessments. These help us understand your child's development and support their learning journey. We'll keep you posted on their progress!
- Arrival & Dismissal Procedures: You all are doing a splendid job! Just remember, to ensure the safety of all our students, please adhere to our arrival and dismissal procedures. Parents walking students up must park at the stadium. The parking lot is reserved for buses and staff only. Your cooperation makes everything run smoothly!
- Picture Day! 📸: This Friday is Picture Day, so dress to impress! We can’t wait to see all the bright smiles!
Let’s make this week as magical as the last. We appreciate your support and partnership in making every day a success!
I am wishing you and your little ones a wonderful week ahead!

Drive Safe in School Zones
Let's prioritize the safety of our children by remembering to slow down and obey traffic laws and signs, especially in school zones. Be advised that the Melissa ISD Police Department will be helping to keep our campuses safe by enforcing traffic laws. Additionally, please remind the high school drivers in your household to prioritize safety by following traffic laws and exercising caution on their way to and from school.
Photos of Students
Parents, if you join us for class parties, field trips, or lunchtime visits, please refrain from posting photos of any students other than your own on personal social media accounts unless you have permission from their families. This helps protect the privacy of all our students during campus events. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
