Principal's Message
Dear Neubert Families,
This week, we have our rescheduled Kindergarten Music Concert on Tuesday, May 19, from 6:30-7:00 PM. We also have our 5th Grade Promotion Ceremony on the last day of school, May 21, from 8:30-10:00 AM for fifth grade students and their two guests. We are looking forward to celebrating our incredible fifth grade students as they wrap up their time at Neubert and prepare to embark on a new journey to middle school!
It's hard to believe that this is my last regularly scheduled family newsletter for the 2025-2026 school year! It has been an amazing year of teaching and learning here at Neubert, and I could not be more proud to serve as your principal. I am so appreciative of your support throughout the year. While I will miss each and every student over the summer, I hope your family enjoys a wonderful break filled with sunshine, fun, and time together. The administrative team will be working throughout much of the summer, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything.
Thank you for a successful school year!
Your Partner in Education,
Ms. Nicole Bryan, Principal

2025-2026 SIP Goal Progress Update
SIP Goal Progress Update
As we wrap up the 2025-2026 school year, I want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible progress our school community has made toward our School Improvement Plan goals. Everyone's dedication, collaboration, and commitment to continuous growth are clearly reflected in this data!
- Attendance: While we did not fully meet our chronic absenteeism goal, we improved from 12.5% to 10%, which is absolutely worth celebrating and reflects the collective efforts of our staff and families.
- Behavior: We exceeded our goal by reducing average behavior incidents per day from 3.8 to 2.4 — an incredible accomplishment that reflects the strength of our Tier 1 supports, relationships, and consistent expectations.
- Trusted Adult: We surpassed our goal with 96% of surveyed students reporting they have a trusted adult at school. This speaks volumes about the caring, supportive environment our staff create for students each and every day.
- ELA Achievement: Current spring i-Ready proficiency data shows 70% of students performing at or above grade level expectations. While official IAR results are not yet available, this data is a promising indicator of strong student growth and suggests that students were well-prepared for the ELA IAR assessment through focused instruction and collaborative PLC work.
- Math Achievement: Current spring i-Ready proficiency data shows 70% of students performing at or above grade level expectations. Although we are still awaiting official IAR results, this data serves as an encouraging indicator of student readiness and reflects the intentional instructional practices and targeted support taking place across classrooms and PLCs.
Thank you for your support, commitment to our students, and belief in continuous improvement. Together, we are making a meaningful difference for our Neubert Knights!

Lost and Found: Is Your Student's Favorite Hoodie Playing Hide-and-Seek?
Updated 04/28/26
It seems our Lost and Found has become the most popular "hangout spot" at school! Our collection is officially overflowing, and it’s looking a bit like a winter wonderland in there, minus the snow.
We currently have a mountain of treasures waiting to be reunited with their owners, including:
Winter Coats that miss the great outdoors.
Hoodies that are feeling a little lonely.
Shoes waiting for their "sole-mate."
Gloves and Mittens (many of whom are currently flying solo and looking for their better half!).
If your child has come home a little "lighter" than they left this winter, please encourage them to take a peek at the Lost and Found table.
To help lost items make a quicker reunion in the future, we encourage families to write students’ names on their belongings. A name goes a long way in helping us return items faster. Thank you for helping keep our Lost & Found from growing! 😊
Neubert Spirit Wear Days
Our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a team of passionate parents and staff who work together to make Neubert an even better place to learn and grow. From planning fun family events to supporting teachers and students, the PTO helps build the strong, connected community our kids deserve. Stay tuned for ways to get involved!
