From the Principal's Desk From the Principal's Desk

Dear Parents and Guardians,

It was wonderful seeing everyone at Curriculum Night! Thank you for taking the time to connect, visit the classroom, and support our school community.

This Week’s Focus: Begin With the End in Mind. This week, our school focused on Begin With the End in Mind. This means thinking about your goal first, then making a plan to reach it. For our school challenge, we asked students: "What is one goal you can work toward at school?" It was truly inspirational hearing the meaningful goals our students set for themselves!

Join the PTO If you have not already signed up for the new PTO website, I highly encourage you to do so. It is the primary hub where you will find all the information for upcoming events and meetings. We hope to see many of you at our first PTO meeting of the year!

Attendance & Morning Arrival Consistent daily attendance is essential for your child's academic and social success. To maintain this learning momentum, please refrain from scheduling family vacations while school is in session.

Please also keep the following arrival guidelines in mind to help our mornings run smoothly:

  • Arrival: Ensure your child attends school daily and arrives on time.

  • 7:55 AM Bell: Once the 7:55 AM bell rings, please walk your child directly to the main office.

  • 8:00 AM Bell: Once the 8:00 AM bell rings, you must come inside to sign your child in. Please do not drop students off at the door after this time.

Thank you again for your partnership and support in making this a great school year. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Warmly,

Emily Varghese

Principal

We invite everyone to wear red, white, and blue as a symbol of unity, gratitude, and remembrance for the courageous first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who inspire us through their bravery and sacrifice.

  • When their potato is 100% full, the class will earn another celebration and be crowned the “Present Potato” of the week!

Full Nest

Full Nest: Each classroom has their own Hawk's Nest. The tree holds ten hawk nests, and each time everyone in the class is in attendance they can fill in one of the nests. Once all ten nests are filled in, the class receives a large hawk feather, and a reward of their choice.
