We know a nationwide Skyward issue is making it difficult for some parents and students to log in to Skyward right now through the mobile app and desktop. We're monitoring the situation closely, and below are a few troubleshooting tips that may help in the meantime.

Together We Champion

Profile of a Learning Leader

Introducing the Profile of a Learning Leader

The Prosper ISD Profile of a Learning Leader represents a shared, unified vision created through the collaborative efforts of our entire school community โ€” including teachers, staff, administrators, students, parents, and community partners across the district. This foundational document captures the core attributes, values, and mindsets we strive to cultivate in every member of the Prosper ISD family. Serving as our guiding star, it embodies the leadership and learning aspirations we hold for everyone within our system, fostering growth, excellence, and continuous improvement from our youngest learners all the way to the superintendent.

This profile didn't start from scratch โ€” it grew directly out of our 2025โ€“2030 Strategic Priorities, which were themselves built through months of listening to teachers, students, families, and staff across the district. Once those four pillars โ€” Together We Champion, Together We Cultivate, Together We Empower, and Together We Prosper โ€” were set, small groups from across Prosper ISD came together again to answer a more personal question: what does it actually look like, day to day, for a student or an employee to live out these priorities? The Profile of a Learning Leader is the answer.

At Lilyana, this profile is more than just a set of ideals โ€” it is an active, daily practice. As a campus community, we are dedicated to intentionally teaching, reinforcing, and building upon these core characteristics in all that we do. Whether through instructional practices, collaborative leadership, or daily interactions, we ensure that every student, educator, and staff member is supported in developing these traits. By embedding the Profile of a Learning Leader into our school culture, we create a supportive environment where every individual can achieve excellence every day in every way.

Student's 8-digit ID numbers are required in order to complete the form, and may be found in Skyward Family Access. This process applies to both full-day and partial-day absences. Together We Prosper

Prospering Promise Partners (PPP)

Weโ€™re looking for caring, committed adults to serve as mentors to Prosper ISD students. You donโ€™t need to be a counselor or expertโ€”just someone willing to listen, encourage, and show up consistently. Mentors meet with students on campus during the school day in a structured, supportive environment.

As a mentor, youโ€™ll help students feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow into the confident, resilient leaders of tomorrow. We provide all the training and toolsโ€”you bring your time and heart. All applicants must complete and pass a Prosper ISD Volunteer Background Check.

Volunteer mentors will:

  • Meet with students monthly, during the school day, for 30 minutes
  • Build positive relationships rooted in trust and respect
  • Serve as role models and champions for student success
  • Help students develop confidence, character, and connection

Questions: Email studentservices@prosper-isd.net or visit the Prosper ISD Mentoring Website.

Complete the Prosper ISD Mentoring Application.

Note: Applying does not guarantee placement. Mentors will be matched based on student need and compatibility.

BEST PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN TEXAS

Named by HEBโ€™s Excellence in Education Awards as the Best Large District in the State of Texas, Prosper ISD has an established 67-year history that is grounded in the humble roots of a farming community, now soaring to the fastest growing school district in Texas, due in no small part to the pursuit of excellence in the arts, academics and athletics. Our students and staff are routinely recognized on the local, state, and national levels for outstanding achievements, and our teachers are highly qualified experts who bring out the best in every student.

ABOUT PROSPER ISD

Prosper ISD is a school district located north of Dallas in Collin and Denton Counties. The district spans approximately 58 square miles and serves more than 32,000 students in 20 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, 4 high schools, and one early childhood school.

๐Ÿซถ THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY FOR SUPPORTING OUR TEACHERS & STUDENTS

In November 2023, an overwhelming majority of voters approved $2.7 billion to continue building excellence in Prosper ISD. Thank you for your continued financial commitment to our district.

And while our facilities are second to none, we know that it is the people who make the difference in Prosper ISD.
