Explore a career pathway and discover where your future could take you! This month, complete one Career Cluster Lesson in SkillsUSA Pathful that aligns with your interests or introduces you to a career field you'd like to explore.

Career Cluster Lessons are interactive learning experiences designed to help you:

• Discover careers within an industry that interests you.

• Learn about workplace expectations and in-demand skills.

• Explore education, training, and career pathways.

• Make informed decisions about your future career goals.

Estimated Completion Time: Approximately 60 minutes

Step 1: Log in to SkillsUSA Pathful

Step 2: Access the Lessons

From the navigation menu, select the Work-Based Learning tab and click Lessons.

Step 3: Complete a Career Cluster Lesson.

Choose one Career Cluster Lesson that:

• Matches your current career interests,

• Introduces you to a new career field, or

• Helps you learn more about a career pathway you're considering.

Submit Your Results

After completing your Career Cluster Lesson, submit a one-paragraph reflection describing what you learned. Consider including:

• What careers were introduced?

• Which skills or responsibilities stood out to you?

• What education or training is required?

• Could you see yourself working in this career field? Why or why not?

• Complete the challenge by the deadline to be entered into a random drawing! Winners will be selected live on Instagram by a SkillsUSA National Officer.

• Follow @SkillsUSA so you don't miss the live drawing and winner announcement!

Chapters with 15 or more students who successfully complete and submit the monthly challenge will be eligible to winner chapter PRIZES!
