The Old Ram

SHRHS Alumni Newsletter: Volume 2, Issue 3 - Fall 2023

Welcome back to The Hill!

Whether you are a 2023 grad or one of the first graduates to grace the halls of Shepherd Hill, you will always be a Ram.

Have an event coming up that alumni might be interested in? Let us know!

Doing something cool (getting married, having a baby, starting a new job, etc.)? Let us know!

The goal of the SHRHS Alumni Committee is to keep our Rams connected.

Keep an eye out for upcoming alumni events and merchandise!

Happy 50th Anniversary, Shepherd Hill!

Keep an eye on future emails and newsletters as things are happening at The Hill to celebrate the 50 year anniversary. Have any great stories to share from your days here at SHRHS? How about pictures of you and your classmates?

Send them along to shrhsalumni@dcrsd.org and you could see them in the next edition of The Old Ram!

"Attention 1974 graduates and their relatives!! A group of us have formed a committee to celebrate our 50th anniversary and we are looking for classmates that we can't seem to contact. Please email shrhs1974@aol.com so that we can keep in touch and be better able to plan the year ahead. We look forward to hearing from you so that we can update our records and keep you in the loop for our 1974 Alumni events!"

MRS. PIERANGELI IS STILL ORGANIZING FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRIPS - AND YOU CAN STILL PARTICIPATE AS AN ALUM!

Do you have fond memories of your travels as a student?

Were you unable to travel in high school and regret not being able to have had that experience?

Were you the parent who sent your child on a trip and wished you could have gone as well?

Well, now you can! Mrs. Pierangeli is organizing customized adult trips to provide similar travel opportunities for adults in our communities (along with their friends from other areas). This creates a personalized experience that other group tours cannot duplicate. You will not need to worry about planning - - - you will only need to enjoy the adventure!

Two of the 2024 trips are full, but there is still room on:

U.S. National Parks: The Rockies to Yellowstone with a possible extension to Mount Rushmore, August 1 - 9 or 13 with extension

Information on 2025 trips will be available in the fall, possibly November.

Please email Mrs. Pierangeli (marypierangeli@gmail.com) to receive detailed information on the National Parks trip or to add your name to the email list for information on the 2025 trips as soon as it is available.
