Have you been added to a group email but no longer need to be a part of the ongoing conversation? Simply mute the email.

• Click on the email.
• Once it’s opened, click on the more options icon (the three dots) located at the top of the email.
• Now, click Mute.

The email will be automatically archived along with any future replies. This will also silence those distracting notifications of any new replies. Since the email is not deleted, you can search and find it if it is needed again.

Splitting your screen on the monitor allows you to work on two different web pages at the same time!

Press and hold down the Windows Key, then press on either the Left Arrow key or the Right arrow key to choose a side to place your web page. This will move your web page to the side you chose. Then you can select another web page for the other side.

Press the Ctrl and “F” at the same time, type the word to search in the pop-up and you will get a word/phrase count as well as all instances highlighted.
