Finally, this week on Tuesdays, we had a group of special guests visit our school all the way from Seoul, South Korea! Our guests are vice principals attending the Korean National University of Education, and they traveled to the Unites States to visit schools across San Diego and Los Angeles to learn more about our education system, collaborate and share ideas! It was an amazing experience sharing our hopes and dreams for our kids both right here at Lemon Crest AND around the world! Check out this amazing video!

Eyes of Hope will be offering free vision exams and glasses to LUSD families on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 19th. Families must meet the income guidelines and not have insurance for vision coverage in order to be eligible. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested, please reach out to school counselor, Teresa Pfab, to get registered.

Lemon Crest Food Pantry Dates: Feeding San Diego is hosting FREE food distribution at Lemon Crest! Receive pantry staples and fresh produce at no cost! We ask that you bring your own bags and/or wagon to carry your groceries. Food is distributed on a first come, first serve basis on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month from 11:45am after our early release Wednesday dismissal until 1:45pm:

Please note that during the instructional day, teachers and staff may not be able to respond to your message, email or call since they are busy doing what they do best: teaching! Your child's teacher will respond to you when they are able. Thank you for understanding!
