Dear Cielo Vista Families,

As we enter the fourth week of the school year, I want to extend my sincere thanks for your continued support and dedication in ensuring your children arrive to school on time. Your commitment truly makes a positive impact on our school community.

As a friendly reminder, please continue to observe school zone speed limits and avoid stopping or standing in restricted areas around the campus. We also ask that you use the designated entrances and exits when navigating the parking lot. Most importantly, let’s all continue to practice kindness, patience, and respect toward one another to ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone.

Together, we can help keep our little Bobcats safe and thriving!

Attendance Procedures

Bobcat families, please make sure to bring your child to school everyday. Your child attendance matters. If you have any absences to report please use the QR code or email me at cielovista_notes@episd.org. Remember we will no longer be accepting phone calls to excuse any absences. A written form of communication is required. Thank you for your continued support.

Identification Requirement for Adults

Anyone entering the building must show an identification at the front door to gain admittance. Please ring the doorbell and hold your ID (e.g., driver's license, state ID, passport) in the front of the camera. The clerk will then verify your ID before unlocking the door for you. As you come in, please walk straight to the office to be signed in. We thank you for your cooperation on our safety procedures to help maintain our campus safe.
